SoftMed served as the primary liaison for DIAL (Data Impact for Access and Learning) activities in Tanzania, playing a crucial role in fostering relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, the Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA), and various Mobile Network Operators (MNOs). In this capacity, SoftMed was responsible for managing and analyzing MNO data as well as immunization data, ensuring effective data visualization for the DIAL project. This involvement was vital in enhancing the project’s impact and facilitating better decision-making in public health initiatives across Tanzania. Through these efforts, SoftMed contributed to bridging communication and data gaps, promoting collaboration among organizations and the government to improve overall health outcomes in the region.
