Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to identify their technology needs and propose tailored ICT solutions.
• Design and implement IT systems, including network infrastructure, cloud services, and software applications.
• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance to ensure optimal performance of ICT systems.
• Conduct system audits, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.
• Deliver ICT training and capacity-building sessions for client teams to maximize system adoption and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend advancements to improve client operations.
• Create detailed project documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and reports.

Skills and Qualifications

Required Skills

• Proficiency in network design and management (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and routers).
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of software development processes and system integration.
• Expertise in cybersecurity practices, including data encryption and threat mitigation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting ICT systems.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and team collaboration.
• Familiarity with IT project management methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and frameworks (e.g., ERPNext, Frappe Framework).
• Experience with database management and scripting (e.g., SQL, Python).
• Certification in relevant ICT fields, such as CCNA, CompTIA, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ICT solutions development and support.
• Proven track record of delivering successful ICT projects for businesses or organizations.
