Assessment of Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) Data systems for the MoHCDGCE in Tanzania Disease control programmes are an intrinsic part of health systems. Neglected tropical disease (NTD) control is a clear case in point. Development of Referral and case management for TB/HIV for USAID Boresha Afya Southern Zone.
The overarching goal of USAID Boresha Afya is to improve the health of all Tanzanians and increase access to high-quality, comprehensive, and integrated health services. The project will support preventive and curative services for HIV/AIDS, family planning, and TB. Status: finalizing development phase and preparation for roll out and implementation phase
Development of Uzazi Salama application to facilitate behavioral change to pregnant mothers
Uzazi Salama is a Kiswahili word that means better and safe maternal and child health. The project aims at improving access to better maternal and child services in Tanzania Status: on testing phase then planned to start roll out.
Development of ICT Platform to support agro dealers, farmers and suppliers
The project aims to support the supply chain for agriculture inputs in the selected client’s regions. Tablet based application is developed to help agro dealers to control and manage their stocks. Farmers will be accessing different agriculture inputs availability and prices from the number of agro dealers that are surrounding so that farmers have option and ability to select preferred agro dealer, agro inputs suppliers will communicate with agro dealers in case of diminishing stock so that the order can be made ensure that agro dealers points have reliable stock level when needed by the farmers. Status: On development stage
